These are vintage collectibles from a famous line called Moppets, created by the brand Fran Mar in the early 1970s They are a ceramic bell made in Japan. We have never seen a mini one of these.
This one is Girl with Poppy or simply "Girl with Orange Flower". Unfortunately this one has been broken at the handle at some stage in its life and has been repaired, The repair is very good and hardly noticeable, hence the reduced price on this one
